- Shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is necessary due to an error on our part.

- Once we receive the product for exchange, we will review it and proceed to send your new order.
Returns:
- We accept returns within the first 7 days after receiving your purchase.
- To process a return, the product must be in its original condition and without signs of use.
- Shipping costs and other expenses related to the return of the garment will be covered by you, unless the return is necessary due to an error on our part.
- The refund will be made through the original payment method within a maximum of 7 days.
Warranties:
- If any product you purchased from ANNA has a manufacturing defect, you can request a warranty within 90 days.

- Please take into account the conditions of use and washing that we share at the time of purchase, since if the damage occurs due to not following the instructions, it will not apply as a guarantee.
