How long does shipping take?
- At ANNA we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy it soon.

- In other cities in the country, delivery time is 3 to 4 business days.
Do you have same day delivery?

What are the guarantees for exchanges and returns?

What is the maximum period of time to request an exchange after receiving my purchase?
You can request a change of size or reference at ANNA within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving your purchase.
Do you refund money when making a return and are there any costs associated?
Yes, ANNA does provide refunds for returns. The refund is processed via the original payment method within a maximum of 2 days after receiving and verifying the returned product. However, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Shipping costs and other expenses related to the return are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
